Responsibilities- Provide basic care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
- Deliver medication as required
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Care and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Personal Support Worker certificate from an accredited Ontario Community College or a Registered Private College
- Comprehensive skills and knowledge of providing person-centered care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
- Medication administration experience preferred (training will be provided)
- Demonstrated commitment to learning and continuous improvement
- Competitive hourly rate: $19.44 to $22.57 + $3.00 current Government top-up
