Job Title: Construction Trades Helper

Alpha MSS Contracting Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Trades Helper to join our team. As a Construction Trades Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading construction materials, cleaning and lubricating cranes, and mixing and pouring materials such as concrete and asphalt.

Work Environment

As a Construction Trades Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and underground, and will be exposed to noisy, dusty, and hot conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Clean and lubricate cranes
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and underground
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
