Job Summary

The Millwright III plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant by performing maintenance activities, installing, fixing, and improving machinery and equipment. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, airlines, vacuum lines, and drain lines.
  • Conduct preventative and emergency maintenance on automatic, stationary, and plant ancillary equipment.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies, sourcing and ordering as needed.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Document and report maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • More than 7 years of related experience and/or training required.
  • Maintenance certification or equivalent experience preferred.
Working Conditions

The Millwright III will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to heavy machinery, chemicals, and physical demands. The ability to work overtime, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities is essential.
