Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Development and Implementation: Develop and lead innovative programs and initiatives to promote STEM education and community outreach, with a focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  2. Team Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to a team of staff members, ensuring effective program delivery and excellent customer service.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and community partners.
  4. Metrics and Evaluation: Develop and track key performance indicators to measure program success and inform future planning.
  5. Financial Management: Oversee program budgets and financial reporting, ensuring effective resource allocation and management.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: Six to seven years of experience developing and leading policies and programs for equity-seeking populations, including girls/women, black youth, indigenous youth, and those from lower socioeconomic communities.
  3. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in program development, execution, and evaluation, with a focus on diversity, access, and inclusion. Strong understanding of secondary and university-level education and programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
