Litigation Associate - Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience in construction law and insurance defence work to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of files through the litigation process, both independently and as part of a team
  • Carry out own files and work with senior counsel on complex matters
  • Negotiate and litigate construction disputes
  • Advise clients on construction-related contracts, including design-build, construction management, and P3 contracts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' post-call experience with demonstrated knowledge and interest in Litigation, particularly construction-related matters
  • Confidence and legal acumen to deliver high-quality work
  • Thorough knowledge of the Construction Act and other relevant legislation
