Purchasing and Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate purchasing activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records to optimize storage and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
