Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate purchasing activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing goods
  • Develop and implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations
  • Provide technical advice and support to colleagues on inventory management and purchasing procedures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
