Painter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at ACE CONSTRUCTION & RENOVATIONS. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to the desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix paint to the desired color and texture.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Estimate costs and materials for painting projects.
  • Work safely and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in painting or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
  • Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Work Environment:

The Painter will work in a fast-paced construction environment with frequent exposure to dust, noise, and physical demands. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
