About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). As a Bartender, you will provide exceptional customer service in our military messes, golf and curling operations, and marinas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages to our members and guests
  • Maintain inventory of bar stock and order supplies as needed
  • Assist in the set-up and take-down of social and military functions
  • Operate a Point of Sales system and maintain a clean bar area
  • Ensure compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations

Requirements:

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Quebec
  • Must possess a Provincial Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (Quebec)
  • Experience in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cash handling, and customer service
  • Competencies in client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership

Language Requirements:

French is essential for this role.
