About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS). As a Bartender, you will provide exceptional customer service in our military messes, golf and curling operations, and marinas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to our members and guests
- Maintain inventory of bar stock and order supplies as needed
- Assist in the set-up and take-down of social and military functions
- Operate a Point of Sales system and maintain a clean bar area
- Ensure compliance with provincial liquor legislation and regulations
Requirements:
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Quebec
- Must possess a Provincial Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (Quebec)
- Experience in serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cash handling, and customer service
- Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership competencies
Language Requirements:
French is essential for this role.
