About the Opportunity
The Lead Estimator will have a significant impact on the strategic direction of our estimating operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with a national network of estimators, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and professional growth. About You
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
- Extensive experience with complex project estimates.
- A degree or technical diploma in Engineering or Construction Technology.
- Professional designations such as Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) or Construction Estimator Certified (CEC) are advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of estimation methodologies and construction management practices.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent client service orientation and public interaction abilities.
- Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
