Senior Vice President of Account Service

Hill Knowlton Strategies Canada is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Consumer Marketing team in Toronto. As a Senior Vice President of Account Service, you will be responsible for delivering client service excellence and driving growth through integrated campaigns and account teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic counsel and lead client relationships, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of clients' business and developing strategies for successful client programs.
  • Manage and facilitate planning processes with clients and integrated agency teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Support the Regional Service Lead with day-to-day team management and new business opportunities, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Mentor and develop junior and intermediate team members, helping to build and grow their skills and expertise.
  • Stay ahead of consumer trends, media landscape, key influencers, and digital trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Manage account financials and contribute to driving growth, ensuring team billability and account profitability.
