Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Authentic Cuisine of India Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
