Business Systems Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at IFG International Financial Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining our business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis, design, implementation, and daily functional support of all applications
  • Lead and manage the delivery of detailed technical and functional specifications
  • Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications
  • Provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with business and technology partners, project teams, and stakeholders
  • Draft the initial Business Requirements Document (BRD) based on product requirements and manage updates based on technology and business feedback

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working on Agile projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Agile-related delivery
  • Experience with Salesforce or Adobe platforms
  • Previous experience with IT (RBSS) projects would be highly desirable
