Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Lindsay. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Team Members: Oversee the work of 3-4 team members, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Assist Clients/Guests: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate Work Assignments: Plan and assign tasks to team members, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Maintain Hotel Facilities: Oversee the maintenance of our hotel facilities, including equipment, machinery, and computer systems.
- Requisition Materials: Order and manage the requisition of materials and supplies, ensuring that our hotel has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.

As a Hotel Managing Supervisor, you will be expected to work in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our hotel's goals and objectives.
