Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham Lindsay. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our guests.
- Perform Same Duties as Workers Supervised: Assist with tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and guest services to ensure that all areas of the hotel are running smoothly.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service to guests with special needs, ensuring that their requirements are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate, Assign, and Review Work: Plan and assign tasks to staff members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback to ensure that goals are met.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain Operation of Computer Systems, Equipment, Machinery: Ensure that all computer systems, equipment, and machinery are functioning properly, arranging for repairs as needed to prevent downtime.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel has what it needs to operate efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure
- Personal Suitability: Organized, team player
