Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Church's Chicken restaurant. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have at least 1 month of experience in a similar role. They will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation, maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promote a positive work environment, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, manage inventory and supplies, and optimize profit margins.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-6 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hot kitchen environment.

Compensation
