  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, using precision techniques to achieve a flawless finish.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces, using a variety of paints and coatings to achieve the desired color and finish.
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors to ensure a perfect match for the vehicle's original finish.
  • Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, using precision techniques to achieve a seamless finish.
Requirements
  • Motor Vehicle Body Repairer Trade Certification
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive body repair industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
