Overview
CarePartners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Visiting Nurse Program in the Bowmanville area. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional nursing services to patients in their homes, while enjoying a flexible schedule and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective care plans with patients and their families
- Provide one-on-one nursing services to patients in their homes
- Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Perform other clinical duties as required

Requirements
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
