At CarePartners, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a full-time Visiting Nurse in the Bowmanville area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional who desires flexibility in their schedule and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. As a Visiting Nurse, you will provide exceptional care to patients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Job Summary
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Provide one-on-one care to patients in a home setting, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience, plus PAID MILEAGE at $0.45 per/km PLUS travel time. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health and dental coverage, employee assistance program, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid RN or RPN degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a desire to work in a collaborative environment.
