Job Title: Accommodation Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at 995235 Alberta Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our accommodation services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage and exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiation and Procurement: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for materials and supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones, enhancing our reputation and brand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Special Needs Assistance: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and care.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth, innovation, and excellence.
Support for Diverse Groups:
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
  • Visible Minorities: Provide mentorship programs pairing members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
