Job Summary

MDSearch is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a comprehensive primary care setting. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized health plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop personalized, patient-centered care plans using an integrative approach, incorporating both conventional and complementary treatments.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, naturopaths, and healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care.
  • Utilize Precision Medicine, considering patient genetics, environment, lifestyle, and health goals in developing tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide lifestyle coaching, focusing on cardiometabolic health, hormone optimization, detoxification, and the use of natural health products.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed to practice in Ontario, Canada.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care or multidisciplinary setting.
  • Experience with Precision Medicine and personalized treatment approaches a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with advances in both conventional and integrative medicine.
