**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Device Operations Manager to join our team at St. Boniface Hospital.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of all processes related to medical device reprocessing, ensuring the integrity of medical devices within the supply chain.

This includes managing physical, financial, and human resources, in collaboration with the WRHA Regional Medical Device Reprocessing Program, while adhering to hospital management values and operational standards.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Medical Device Reprocessing Department
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members

**Requirements**

  • Mastery of medical device reprocessing principles and practices
  • Proven experience in leadership and management roles
  • Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
