- Document Symptoms: Accurately record and document patients' symptoms, changes in condition, and treatment outcomes.
- Assess Patients: Conduct thorough assessments to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop effective care plans.
- Medication Administration: Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Operate Medical Equipment: Safely operate and monitor medical apparatus and equipment.
- Nursing Care: Provide high-quality nursing care, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and patient education.
- Supervision: Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as charting, reporting, and data entry.
- Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Security and Safety: Pass a criminal record check and undergo a tuberculosis test.
- Transportation: Willingness to travel as required.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload, and physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Temporary Work: Opportunity to work on a temporary basis.
- Language: Work in English.
- Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
