Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Spectrum Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient-focused, safe, and holistic nursing care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure that nursing care is based on current best practices to achieve successful outcomes.
- Continually assess, anticipate, and respond to the changing needs of patients.
- Travel within your region to provide care to patients in their homes.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience, with community nursing experience being an asset.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Ability to work independently in the community.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with additional languages being an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Experience with infusion therapy, mental health, palliative care, and wound care.
- Excellent patient assessment and teaching skills.
