Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Healing Hearts Care In Home Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working in healthcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
