We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Heritage Investment Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations and recruit, organize, train and manage staff
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and lead a team of sales professionals
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
