Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fire Protection Specialist to join our team at NEW TECH FIRE PROTECTION LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining sprinkler systems, ensuring the highest level of fire safety and protection for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect piping systems to water mains, supply tanks, pumps, compressors, and control equipment.
  • Install clamps, brackets, and hangers to support piping systems and sprinkler and fire protection equipment, using hand and power tools.
  • Install valves, alarms, and associated equipment.
  • Join pipes and piping sections using soldering and welding equipment.
  • Service and repair sprinkler systems.
  • Test systems for leaks using testing equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces, wet/damp environments, and various locations.
  • Physical demands include bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language required.
