We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Analyst with a strong background in Group Benefits financial analysis to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze and prepare annual renewals using cutting-edge software to ensure seamless execution of our group benefits solutions.
  • Review quotations from leading insurers, providing recommendations to stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with advisors and insurers to foster strong relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise to support their professional development.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Group Benefits financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and create insightful reports.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A highly organized and motivated individual with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic organization.
