About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a minimum of 1-3 years of finance experience. Ideal candidates will have an accounting/finance designation or be pursuing one. You'll work closely with category teams, business leads, and finance partners to identify opportunities to improve reporting and forecasting.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the building and tracking of sales, margin, and other income forecasts and budgets
  • Maintaining weekly and periodic reporting of financial performance and analyzing results to identify emerging trends or opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance forecast accuracy for business units
  • Consolidating large amounts of complex information into simple and easy-to-understand reports
  • Performing deep-dive analysis and working with business partners to resolve complex financial issues

About You

We're looking for candidates with advanced Excel proficiency and experience with business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy. SAP experience is preferred, while SQL/SAS and Teradata experience are assets. If you're unsure whether your experience matches every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway.

Candidates who are 18 years or older are required to complete a criminal background check.

Salary Estimate: Based on national averages and industry standards, the estimated salary for this role is around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
