Mom\u0027s Pride Childcare Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ECE Assistant to join our team. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare center, ensuring the well-being and development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing engaging activities for children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Support the maintenance of accurate records, including children\u0027s progress and attendance.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and care.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate.
