Job Title: Infant Care Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Infant Care Specialist to join our team at Reach for the Stars Montessori Learning Academy Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers in our program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and outings to local points of interest.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and community service providers.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of other early childhood educators and assistants.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid and CPR Certificates.
  • Experience an asset.
