- Household Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment, including meal preparation and household chores.
- Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and comfort to children, including soothing and calming techniques.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care and support.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare and household management.
- Work Setting: Employer's home.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with the ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, time management, and honesty.
- Overtime: Overtime required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Language: English.
