About the Role:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
