Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, ensuring a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and wash windows, interior walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and make adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our employees and visitors.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to maintain a safe and accessible work environment.
