Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Fulfill various administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • No experience necessary; we provide training for the right candidate
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills in-person, over the phone, and via email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
