Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager with The Targeted Strategies Group, you will be responsible for the successful placement of clients' insurance policies in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves implementing new business strategies, managing client activities, and providing exceptional ongoing service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage insurance applications and underwriting memos to ensure seamless policy placement.
  • Provide financial information to insurance companies to facilitate accurate quotes and policy issuance.
  • Coordinate banking applications and negotiate terms to secure optimal loan agreements.
  • Prepare cash flow documentation and support compliance to maintain regulatory adherence.
  • Educate clients' accountants and advisors on reporting processes to enhance transparency and trust.
  • Update CRM systems and distribute information internally to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Department to develop sales materials that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
  • Review and prepare documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee the administrative work of Account Service Representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Manage banking relationships and coordinate transactions to optimize client outcomes.
  • Review and renew policies annually to ensure alignment with evolving client needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably within an accounting firm.
  • Certified Professional Accounting designation, such as CPA or CMA.
  • In-depth knowledge of taxation principles and practices is an asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish effective rapport with clients and employees.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
