About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Provider product portfolio, driving innovation and growth in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of PocketHealth's product offering and expertly navigate the complexities of the US healthcare market.
  • Lead ideation, planning, development, and launch of new product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying product visions, progress, and results to ensure awareness and understanding of product decisions and direction.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes within your product team to optimize delivery based on product, customer, and team member needs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful product features and scaling them up to meet growing customer demands.
  • Strong technical knowledge, enabling effective trade-offs in technical contexts and bringing complex products to market.
  • Experience working with internal platform and tooling teams, as well as external stakeholders to build industry-leading products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse perspectives and priorities.
