We are seeking a highly skilled Nanny and Household Manager to join our team at Stephanie Manipol. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch childcare services while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience in caring for children of all ages, with a focus on light housekeeping and meal preparation. You will be expected to keep accurate records of daily activities and health information related to the children. Additionally, you will be required to shop for groceries and household supplies, as well as prepare nutritious meals for the family.

In this role, you will also be responsible for supervising and caring for multiple-aged groups of children, including twins. If you have experience working with premature babies or children with special needs, that would be an asset.

Your duties will include taking children to and from school, attending appointments, and helping with homework. You must be able to communicate effectively with the children and provide guidance when needed.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and patient, with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. A criminal record check is a requirement for this position.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in childcare, preferably in a similar environment;
  • A First Aid Certificate; and
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on your level of experience and qualifications. This position also includes benefits such as access to public transportation and opportunities for career growth.
