Business Process Management Specialist, Equipment Finance Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Management Specialist to join our Equipment Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the development and delivery of business strategy as it pertains to system enhancements for the EKIP (TDEF book of record), BBHub, and additional systems used to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement training, change management, and process maps for applications used in day-to-day operations.
  • Proactively improve support materials to ensure awareness and consistency of manuals and procedures.
  • Expert knowledge of enterprise technology delivery practices and standards, including project management and Agile methodology.
  • Work with Journey and TDEF business to identify new enhancements and system applications required to create efficiency, product offering, or risk management.
  • Accountable for Diamond Attestation to ensure appropriate access rights are provided to TDEF employees.
  • Ensure business compliance with internal and external requirements to maintain a culture of risk management and controls.
