Job Description:



We are seeking an experienced Restoration Services Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented group of professionals in providing exceptional restoration services to our clients.



About the Role:




  • Lead a team of technicians and crew helpers in conducting various general cleaning and mitigation/restoration services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.
  • Manage work assignments within allocated units, ensure materials and equipment units taken are recorded on work orders, and maintain comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the business and services offered.
  • Provide training to crew helpers and technicians to complete all jobs in accordance with specifications outlined, and facilitate customer inspection of the job after completion, request customer sign-off on the form indicating satisfaction, and process payment for work completed.
  • Maintain all equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order, keep the interior of the vehicles used neat and clean, and establish positive rapport with clients when possible.


About You:



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in cleaning services/restoration services, with two (2) years in a supervisory capacity preferred.
  • IICRC WRT certification, with additional certifications considered an asset.
  • A valid Class G Ontario Drivers license with no restrictions, and ability to operate a company-owned vehicle.
  • The ability to engage clients and deliver excellent service, and operate with honesty and integrity with a genuine desire to make valuable contributions to the team.
  • Strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills, as well as effectiveness in construction safety and productivity, effective communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
