The Director, Commercial Truck/Trailer Parts will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, ensuring alignment with the Company's strategic objectives. This includes developing and executing supply chain strategies that align with the Company's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all stages of supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Leverage historical performance data and advanced analytics to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and proactively adjust strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, leading negotiations to secure favorable contracts while maintaining high-quality standards.

In this role, you will also identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs. You will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and establish safety protocols within the supply chain operations.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Supply Chain Certificate from accredited SC facility.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial truck parts or related industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of truck parts, maintenance, and repair processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP software, inventory management systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
