What you'll be doing:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the Company's long-term goals.
  • Oversee all stages of supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Leverage historical performance data and advanced analytics to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and proactively adjust strategies to meet evolving business needs and market dynamics.

Supplier & Vendor Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Lead negotiations to secure favorable contracts while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Continuously monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and establish safety protocols within the supply chain operations.
  • Drive innovation by adopting new technologies that enhance supply chain efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team focused on continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain a demand-driven staffing model to ensure proper resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate professional growth and development opportunities.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to supply chain operations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Supply Chain Certificate from accredited SC facility.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial truck parts or related industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of truck parts, maintenance, and repair processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP software, inventory management systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
