Store Operations Lead

The Store Operations Lead is a pivotal role within Arden Holdings Inc. responsible for overseeing store operations, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis position requires a vibrant and highly motivated leader with experience in fashion retail. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the District Supervisor to develop strategies, train staff, and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the District Supervisor to implement strategies that achieve sales and profit targets.
- Team Development: Train store team members on company standards, programs, and procedures.
- Performance Management: Address underperformance and resolve conflicts with the support of the District Supervisor.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Motivate team members, recognize good performance, and recruit new talent.
- Administrative Duties: Perform opening and closing procedures, ensure health and safety standards are met, and handle customer complaints.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, people development skills, time management, and ability to manage stress.
