Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team in one of our beautiful care facilities.
Job Details- Permanent Full Time position with 4 days on 2 days off schedule
- Shifts: 0700-1500, 1500-2300, and 2300-0700
- Hourly rate: $32.84 per hour, plus benefits after probation
- Perform assessments and develop care plans for residents
- Administer medications and provide personal care to residents
- Supervise care staff and ensure resident needs are met
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
- Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of Dementia care (preferred)
