Sales Planning Manager Job Description

At Canada Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging training for staff, conducting performance reviews, and determining strategic planning related to new product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure efficient sales processes.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide customer service to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient sales processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
