Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Prepare and serve food to customers, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing and cutting vegetables and fruits
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for extended periods
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and prepare food to our high standards. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a clean and safe environment.
