Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Fleet Department as a Jr. Fleet Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the investigation and tracking of complaints, compliments, and feedback regarding our drivers. You will also assist with accident investigation, reporting, and filing of information, as well as tracking the cleanliness of our vehicles and maintaining adequate supplies for our drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with investigation and tracking of complaints, compliments, and feedback regarding drivers.
  • Assist with accident investigation, reporting, and filing of information.
  • Track the cleanliness of all vehicles and maintain adequate supplies for drivers.
  • Support with other varying record keeping, data entry, tracking, and filing.
  • Support with set up, update, and troubleshoot of all driver mobile devices, cameras, and tracking systems and related software.
  • Provide coverage to the Fleet Department for vehicle-related issues.
  • Support with maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, such as third-party suppliers, and companies/governing bodies.
  • Work with HR to support drivers on various leaves – tracking and following up.
  • Support with recruitment and training as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education considered an asset.
  • 3-5 years relevant working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Suite – intermediate Excel).
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • High ability to operate in a busy environment.
