Job Title: Public Health Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health Partnership Specialist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health. As a key member of our Public Health team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to advance public health goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement partnership strategies to promote public health initiatives and programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on partnership development and maintenance
  • Collaborate with system and external partners to identify and monitor key indicators
  • Support knowledge exchange across the health system and other sectors

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in public health, health promotion, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in public health partnership development and maintenance
  • Training in IAP2 and LEADS
  • Experience in planning, development, and evaluation of public health programs and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
