About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Radisson Hotel Fort St. John. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our hotel facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance, and ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets for cleaning and maintenance supplies, and prepare cost estimates for special cleaning projects.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role

  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
